01 Who we are
SilverDune AI is a company in formation. Our application for registration with the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), UAE is currently pending. Until formal incorporation is complete, this waitlist is operated by the SilverDune AI founding team.

In this policy, "we", "us", or "our" refers to the SilverDune AI founding team operating under the SilverDune AI name.
02 What this policy covers
This policy applies to personal data collected via:
- the Noëma waitlist form on our landing page; and
- emails we send to waitlist subscribers (e.g., confirmation, launch updates, early access information).
03 Personal data we collect
When you join the Noëma waitlist, we may collect:
- Email address
- Role (e.g., CIO, portfolio manager, quant/research)
- Company / organisation name
We may also collect technical and usage data associated with your form submission and emails, such as:
- submission timestamp
- IP address and device/browser information (where provided by our form and email service providers)
- email delivery and engagement signals (e.g., whether an email was delivered or a link was clicked)
04 Why we collect your data
We use your personal data to:
- manage the Noëma waitlist
- send waitlist-related communications, including launch updates, product updates, and early access opportunities
- segment communications (e.g., by role) to keep messages relevant
- maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
05 Legal basis for processing
Where required under applicable data protection law (including GDPR), our legal basis is:
Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — for sending you email updates and maintaining your waitlist subscription.
You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 8).
06 How we share data
The SilverDune AI founding team has direct access to waitlist data solely for the purpose of managing the waitlist and related communications.
We also use third-party service providers to operate the waitlist and send communications. These providers process personal data on our behalf:
- Tally (form collection and storage)
- OVH (web hosting and emailing)
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.
07 International data transfers
If our processors (or their subprocessors) process personal data outside the EEA/UK, we will rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and any additional measures required by law.
08 Your rights and choices
You have rights under applicable data protection law, which may include:
- the right to access your data
- the right to correct inaccurate data
- the right to delete your data
- the right to restrict or object to certain processing
- the right to data portability
- the right to withdraw consent at any time

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence.
09 Data retention
We keep waitlist data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including:
- until you unsubscribe or request deletion, and/or
- for a limited period after launch to manage onboarding and early access communications
We may retain limited records (e.g., unsubscribe records) to respect your preferences and comply with legal obligations.
10 Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date and version number at the top.
